We got great value for our money at Galla Hotel. The room was modern, clean, and had a comfortable layout. The staff treated us with kindness and were always helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety or unique dishes.

The hotel's decoration was simply delightful, with its charming vintage-style furnishings and cozy ambiance. The general areas were easy to navigate, even for senior people like me, with clear and accessible pathways. The hotel was equipped with helpful amenities such as handrails and spacious elevators, ensuring a comfortable stay for seniors.

Perhaps the only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more patient and understanding. Although they were generally polite and helpful, there were instances where their youthfulness showed, and a little more patience and care towards the needs of senior guests would have made the experience even more enjoyable.

I loved the variety of delicious breakfast options, including ABF, Korean bibimbap, Thai boiled rice, Thai dessert, fruits. The hotel's cafe was a nice addition. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable, with the best pillows, blankets, and beds I've experienced in Thailand. The pool and gym were also great perks, especially since they were free to use. as a budget traveler, I found all the facilities and amenities at The Galla Hotel to be excellent.

I spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. I really loved the fact that there was a nice cafe at the hotel, where I could enjoy my morning coffee. , the gym and pool were an added bonus, and I enjoyed using them.

I must admit that the noise from the street was quite disturbing during the night and kept me up. , the pillow was too soft, which made it hard for me to sleep comfortably.

The hospitality was top-notch and the location couldn't have been better. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom was great too. We especially loved the pool, which stayed open late and allowed us to have a refreshing swim under the stars. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. There was even a variety of Korean dishes on the menu, which we found to be delicious. we had such a wonderful experience that we wished we could have stayed longer. I loved the complementary drinks and Easter chocolates they gave us upon arrival. the location of the hotel is perfect, just a few steps away from amazing restaurants and bars. the pool area was great and we enjoyed spending our afternoons there sipping some drinks.

The music was so loud from the nearby club that our walls were vibrating until the wee hours of the morning. there were no clothes lines provided, which made drying our swimwear and towels a nuisance.

The pool at Galla Hotel was absolutely refreshing, and my family and I spent a lot of time enjoying it. The breakfast buffet was also the best we had during our stay, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable, offering the best sleep we've had in Thailand. The hotel itself was brand new and the rooms were modern and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Ranong.
